Frequently Asked Questions

Product

What materials are the frames made of?

Our frames are made of premium acetate. It is a resistant, lightweight material that allows us to create unique colors and finishes.

Do all lenses have UV protection?

Yes, all our glasses block 100% of UVA and UVB rays for total protection.

Can any frame be fitted with prescription lenses?

Yes, all our Blur frames can be fitted with prescription or prescription sunglass lenses at our opticians.

What is a blue light filter and what is it used for?

Blue light is emitted by computer, phone, and tablet screens. Prolonged exposure can cause eye strain, dry eyes, and difficulty falling asleep. Our blue light filter glasses incorporate a lens treatment that reduces this exposure, relieving the strain accumulated during the day. They are available both with and without prescription.

What happens if I can't see well with my prescription glasses?

Write to us and we'll review it together. It could be an error in the graduation data entered, an adaptation problem, or something to correct in the assembly. In any case, we'll take care of it — our opticians review each case and we'll find the solution you need at no additional cost.

What treatments do prescription lenses include?

They include anti-reflective, easy-to-clean, and scratch-resistant coatings as standard, at no extra cost. These treatments improve vision and extend the lifespan of the lens.

What protection do your sunglasses offer?

All our sun lenses feature UV400 filter, the highest standard against UVA and UVB rays.

How do I know what size glasses I need?

For each model, we indicate three measurements: the caliber (width of each lens), the bridge (distance between the two lenses), and the temple length. If you already have glasses that fit you well, you can check inside the temple arm — they are usually engraved there. If you don't have a reference or are unsure, write to us and we will help you find your size.

Always store them in their case, do not leave them in the sun or in the car, and avoid placing them face down. This way they will last much longer.

What do I do if my glasses need adjusting or become loose?

With use, it's normal for the temples or nose pads to need a small adjustment. You can bring them to our optical shop and we'll adjust them for free. If you can't come, any nearby optician can do it quickly — it's a common and fast service.
